Yet, Training is the only one that gets the lion's share of focus in the athletic world, when the other 3 components can have as much of an impact, if not more of an impact on performance output.

I'll help you prepare for your sport, get the most out of your performance, and maximize your recovery.

Furthermore, I'll help to prevent injuries, and get you back to sport if you experience an injury.


Sports Nutrition

I love working with the active population because of how serious you take your health.

I've had experience working with active individuals in the following areas:

  • Crossfit
  • Hockey

  • Lacrosse

  • Running (1k to Marathon)
  • 1/2 Ironman
  • Ironman

Before we start working together, it's a big help if you track your nutrition so we can go over that together.

  • To Do: Track everything you put in your mouth for 7 days.
    • If you don't already use an app for this, I recommend My Fitness Pal.
    • Be as detailed as you can tolerate. The more complete and accurate information that we get, the better.
